Gina started Down to Earth 28 years ago in Islamorada, Florida — right in the heart of the Florida Keys. From the beginning, she built the boutique around one simple idea: hand-pick everything, know your customer, and never put something on the rack that you wouldn't wear yourself.
Over 20 years ago, Gina brought that same spirit — and those Keys vibes — to Gainesville, settling into Tioga Town Center and building something rare: a boutique where the owner knows your name, remembers what you bought last season, and genuinely cares about what you leave with.
Down to Earth isn't a franchise or a formula. It's Gina's taste, Gina's relationships, and 28 years of knowing exactly what women actually want to wear.
